RIGGING IS NOT INCLUDEDthe prices listed are minimum, design/cutting complexity will raise the price.please read the important information below the samples before going forward with the commission process!

IMPORTANT

if you have a rig artist in mind, I highly recommend consulting your rig artist before you order a model to get any specifics for cutting models to work with their rigging!my models are typically done in a style that merges layers down in order to keep the cost affordable to customers, if your rig artist requires separation between lineart, rendering, lighting, base color, ect please inform me beforehand as these are changes that cannot be made when the model is finished. these cutting changes will increase the price of the base model.this applies for if you require specific cutting for eyes, hair, fingers/hands, and chest.I offer free standard recutting for clients in order to ease the process for the rig artist, but these free recuts are limited to standard separations
if the rig artist feels they are suited to recut parts themselves for ease, they are more then welcome to.
please do not heavily redraw parts of the model yourself, this is strictly against my TOS and can result in blacklisting from future commissions. I am more then willing to discuss and handle edits and changes to aid in your process.

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE:- As the original artist I retain the right to refuse orders and request take downs of my art if I feel it is being used incorrectly.- I will not draw heavy nsfw work, this includes substance abuse implication, self harm, insane gore, etc.- All payments must be sent within 24 hours of claiming a slot before I can start on your order. Due to past incidents I do not offer payment plans on options outside of orders over $500 OR fullbody L2D models.- You can only request a full refund after a month or longer has passed with no progress on the order or if the order has not passed the line art stage. I may offer refunds at my own discretion if I feel unable to complete your order.- Refunds are not allowed on completed pieces.- Commissions ordered without commercial fees CANNOT be used commercially. If you would like to use commissions ordered without commercial fees for commercial use at later dates then you can come back to pay them separately.- Custom designs must retain original credit to me even if redesigned or altered.- Commercial designs used for Vtubeing must have a clear and accessible credit to the artist, this includes credit for alt outfit designs or redesigns.- Do NOT recolor or heavily edit my art without permission, this included "finishing" or coloring WIPs or black and white commissions.- Works can not be resold without expression permission/discussion.Any work I produce, including commercial art, under any circumstances is not permitted to be used for non-refundable tokens. Use of any of my artwork for advertising or profits associated with cryptocurrency, AI Art or NFTs is strictly prohibited.ORDER PROGRESS INFORMATION:
- During the commission progress I will send you low resolution or watermarked work in progresses at the line art stage and base color stages. Once these are approved I will continue work.- As the client you are able to request 3 MAJOR alterations to line art if needed, however if any more than 3 major alterations are needed it will result in extra fees for the additional time.- Upon completion I will send a link to a google drive containing the files or request an email to send the full files too.OTHER INFO:
Can I use my commission as a profile photo or cover art on social medias?
- Yes with the exception of Twitch! As long as it is credited back to me in a visible and accessible location. If you wish to use commissions on Twitch for streaming, commercial fees must be paid.Can I post the finished commission on other social media sites to show it off?
- Yes, again as long as it is credited back to me in a visible and accessible location.What is considered "Commercial Use"?
- Any assets, art, and designs created for the purpose of streaming/vtubing (icons, cover art, vtuber designs, ect), comic/webtoon assets, music art, and promotional art. If you are unsure if your order intention falls under "commercial use" then please ask about it after your order has been confirmed!What is considered a "Major Alteration" during WIPS?
- If the alteration requires me to redraw or make dramatic changes to line art then it is considered major, this includes redrawing whole poses, pieces of clothing, ect. Adding small details or adjusting things that dont require a full line rework are not considered a major alteration.How do payments work on Live2D Models?
- For L2D Models ONLY, I take 40% upfront, then the remaining 60% when the lineart is sent and approved.
